The procedure originates from what has already been developed and used by private companies also engaged in public maintenance. The essential purpose is to manage the entire chain of public maintenance activities from the first reporting or detection until the end of its execution with the possibility of interacting between the various offices and / or competences.
Particular attention was given to reporting by citizens with a view to transparency and interaction. Specifically, a specific app has been created that allows the citizen to report problems related to the need for public maintenance interventions, with the identification of the place automatically through a localization process and the sending of the notification to the competitor’s office by the system.
This without the citizen himself having to work to identify the right interlocutor.
